BUY DEEDS

If you wish to buy a deed for a particular street then all you need to do is use the search facility located at the top of this page to look up the deed card. If the title is still for sale then there will be a "Buy Now" link on this deed card for you to click. All payments are processed via PayPal and all purchased deeds will be transferred instantly! You'll also receive a dashboard code to manage the deed card.

Please note that if the deed you wish to buy has already been sold and the new owner is not willing to sell it or you are not happy with their selling price then I'm afraid there's absolutely nothing we can do about it. All deeds are sold strictly on a first come, first served basis only! For security reasons; unsold deeds that are being viewed will not appear in the "recent views" list until 5 minutes of card inactivity.

For those of you who are having trouble locating a deed please make sure you are entering the street name, state and / or zip correctly. If you are entering a zip code for a street but it's not bringing up the deed then simply enter the street name, state and zip code instead. Not all streets are directly associated with any particular zip code, even if the street name is officially part of the address. In rare instances some very long streets will appear more than once as it may run through two or more districts. When this occurs each section will be sold off as an individual street applicable to the district.
